All-Round Operators

Western Work Force is a leading Australian owned and operated Recruitment & Labour Hire business with its head office located in Perth, Western Australia. We specialise in providing Labour Hire, Professional and Engineering & Technical staff to all industries across Australia.

The Roles:

Our clients Are seeking experienced All-Round Operators (Excavator, Loader, Skid Steer) for various rosters in the Pilbara, Goldfields, and Southwest regions of WA. 

Commencing immediately, there are short and long-term positions available. 

There are 2:1 and 3: roster positions, with a DIDO requirement for the positions in the Southwest. FIFO is offered for all Pilbara and Goldfields roles. 

These are all civil earthworks projects so successful candidates will be required to jump out of the machines to work on the ground from time to time. Final trim experience on the machines is highly favourable. 

Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role

• Excavator, Skid Steer & Loader ticket

• WA HR Drivers Licence

• Own reliable transport (for DIDO positions)

• OHS Construction Card

• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and regular drug & alcohol screening
