Village Services Growth Specialist
Help grow services that genuinely improve the lives of older people.
6-month full-time fixed-term contract
Sydney CBD (Pitt Street) | Hybrid | Some travel (NSW & ACT)
As Village Services Growth Specialist, you’ll drive the expansion of Uniting’s Village Services into external retirement and independent living villages. You’ll build strong operator partnerships, lead commercial negotiations and work closely with internal teams to turn agreements into high-quality, on-the-ground services.
This is a hands-on growth role where relationship building, commercial insight and practical delivery come together to create real impact.
