Now we need a WHS & Facilities superstar to keep our teams safe, our sites humming, and make sure Carma’s magic keeps rolling! As our WHS & Facilities Manager, you’ll own our Workplace Health & Safety system across all sites, coordinate contractors, oversee facilities, and make sure everything runs safely and smoothly. This is a hands‑on, strategic role‑you’ll be optimising systems, tracking performance, and helping Carma grow while keeping people safe.
