If you've led teams, managed stakeholders, or worked in operations, hospitality, logistics, retail, customer service, or another fast-paced environment, we\'ll provide the training and support you need to succeed. This is a site-based, Monday to Friday position located in Mudgee, NSW, offering the opportunity to build strong client relationships while leading a large workforce in a fast-paced operational environment.

What does a day as a Site Manager look like?\n

As a Site Manager, you\'ll be the key link between our client and workforce, ensuring operations run efficiently while delivering an outstanding experience for everyone involved.

Your day may include:

  • Building strong relationships with clients and employees while delivering exceptional customer service.

  • Managing a large workforce, including rostering, attendance, leave, and day-to-day workforce requirements.
  • \n
  • Coordinating onboarding, inductions, mobilisation, while ensuring all compliance and safety requirements are met.
  • \n
  • Maintaining a regular on-site presence, providing support and resolving employee and client enquiries.
  • \n
  • Partnering with internal teams to meet workforce demands while driving operational performance and continuous improvement.
