No mining or recruitment experience? No problem! You don't need industry experience to be successful. If you've led teams, managed stakeholders, or worked in operations, hospitality, logistics, retail, customer service, or another fast-paced environment, we\'ll provide the training and support you need to succeed. This is a site-based, Monday to Friday position located in Mudgee, NSW, offering the opportunity to build strong client relationships while leading a large workforce in a fast-paced operational environment.
What does a day as a Site Manager look like?
As a Site Manager, you\'ll be the key link between our client and workforce, ensuring operations run efficiently while delivering an outstanding experience for everyone involved.
Your day may include:
Building strong relationships with clients and employees while delivering exceptional customer service.
Managing a large workforce, including rostering, attendance, leave, and day-to-day workforce requirements.
Coordinating onboarding, inductions, mobilisation, while ensuring all compliance and safety requirements are met.
Maintaining a regular on-site presence, providing support and resolving employee and client enquiries.
Partnering with internal teams to meet workforce demands while driving operational performance and continuous improvement.
