This is a permanent part‑time position located at Shellharbour. The role will be offered at 29 hours per week for the first six months, with hours reducing to 25 hours per week thereafter.
You will be the first contact for consumers and visitors both face to face and over the phone. You’ll provide exceptional customer service while ensuring a smooth and efficient operation at each service. We deliver a range of programs to the local community including mental health counselling, family counselling and allied health services.

Skills & Experience
Relevant qualifications in administration and or a combination of relevant training and experience in a similar role
Strong organisational skills including the ability to prioritise work, manage multiple tasks and competing priorities and meet deadlines
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with proven experience in delivering high-quality customer service in a front‑of‑house or consumer‑facing role
Ability to engage effectively and respectfully with a wide diversity of people, including those experiencing mental health difficulties or distress
About Headspace
headspace provides support to young people aged 12‑25 experiencing mild to moderate or emerging mental health issues. The multidisciplinary team at headspace Shellharbour work to improve health, social, vocational and educational outcomes for young people.
Grand Pacific Health is the lead agency of headspace Shellharbour. We are a not-for-profit, primary health care organisation providing locally-tailored, high quality physical and mental health services across NSW and the ACT.
