• Deliver person‑centered, evidence‑based therapy in homes, schools, and community settings.
• Prescribe assistive technology, recommend home modifications, and support functional independence.
• Collaborate with families, educators, and multidisciplinary colleagues (OTs, Psychologists, Speech Pathologists, Physiotherapists, Social Workers).
• Enjoy a hybrid working model — mix of home, community, and remote admin time.
• Manage a caseload within 40 minutes of home, with just 5 billable hours per day.
• Participate in clinical supervision, peer support, and structured career development.

• AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist.
• WWCC, NDIS Worker Screening Check, and a reliable vehicle.
• Confidence working independently in the community.
• Passion for tailoring therapy to each client’s unique goals.
