With a workforce of 650+ people, Entrada is entering an exciting new phase of growth and transformation. We are seeking an exceptional Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead our marketing and communications strategy across both New Zealand and Australia.

The Role
Reporting to the CEO and working closely with our COOs, the CMO will:

• Lead marketing strategy across ~15 brands spanning passenger transport and tourism.
• Drive digital-first, data-driven marketing excellence to deliver direct online sales growth.
• Build and mentor high-performing marketing teams across geographies.
• Elevate brand presence, customer experience, and performance optimisation.
• As a member of the ANZ Executive Team, help to shape Entrada’s growth and expansion strategy.
• Located in Brisbane with domestic travel and some international travel to Auckland.

This is a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The successful candidate will thrive working across multiple brands, markets, and customer segments, balancing strategic leadership with hands-on delivery.

About You
We are looking for a proven marketing leader who can demonstrate:

• 10+ years senior marketing leadership, ideally at CMO or Marketing Director level.
• Experience in multi-brand, multi-market environments, preferably travel, transport, or tourism.
• Strong expertise in digital marketing, e-commerce, CRM, and performance optimisation.
• Ability to lead geographically dispersed teams and foster a collaborative, high-performance culture.
• Commercial acumen and proven ability to deliver measurable business growth.
