Advanced Sheet Metal is seeking an experienced Sheetmetal Fabricator to join our team. This full-time role will see you play a key part in the manufacturing and production of high-quality sheetmetal products for our diverse range of clients. Why Join Us Good wages based on experience and conditions Stable, long-term employment with a family-run business Great work-life balance with early finishes (Monday: 2pm, Tuesday-Friday: 1:30pm) Opportunity for occasional overtime What you'll be doing Reading and interpret engineering drawings and specifications to fabricate sheetmetal components and assemblies Manufacturing rainwater goods and sheetmetal products Fabricating light gauge sheetmetal with precision and attention to detail Operate specialised sheetmetal working machinery such as guillotines and folders to shape, fold, and join metal parts Ensuring high-quality work while under minimal supervision Collaborating effectively as part of a reliable and dedicated team Maintain a safe, clean, and organised work environment What we're looking for Proven experience as a Sheetmetal Fabricator, ideally 5+ years in a manufacturing environment with a Trade Qualification as a Sheetmetal Fabricator or 1st Class Sheetmetal Fabricator Strong working knowledge of sheetmetal fabrication techniques, including cutting, folding, and assembly Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work Ability to work both independently and as part of a team to meet production targets Forklift licence or willingness to obtain one
