In this role, you’ll lodge and manage insurance claims with accuracy while delivering outstanding customer service. This includes handling calls, responding to queries, completing admin tasks, and maintaining high ethical standards.

 

Key accountabilities include (not limited to):

  • Lodge new insurance claims accurately and efficiently into internal systems
  • Receive inbound and make outbound calls
  • Provide timely and professional customer service to clients and stakeholders
  • Assisting in ad hoc administrative duties as assigned
  • Applying best business practise in all activities ethically, professionally and with integrity

Key to this role is strong and empathetic communication skills, and the commitment to deliver a positive experience for all clients. Ideally, you will possess:

  • Previous experience in administration or customer service
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise and multi-task
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated administration skills with a high attention to detail
  • Strong commitment to client service excellence
