While at Sephora, you'll enjoy...As the Field Training Executive NSW you will drive education and training both in a classroom environment (physical and virtual) and via in store coaching and collaboration with District Managers and Store Management Teams. The FTEs responsibilities include planning, coordinating, communicating, delivering, and assessing Sephora and Brand classroom training along with in store coaching. The FTE will assess and communicate training needs, develop tailored coaching plans for teams in addition to tracking and recording learning outcomes. The FTE ensures adherence to Sephora concept and culture, maximum profitability, and compliance with Sephoras objectives and policies.
