Join Uniting at a pivotal moment as we deliver a critical billing transformation that underpins our ability to support some of the most vulnerable people in our community.
This program will replace end-of-life legacy systems (vendor support ending June 2026) with Epicor Billing SLS, reducing enterprise risk, enabling compliance with the Support at Home reforms under the new Aged Care Act (July 2025), and creating a scalable, modern billing environment across Uniting’s services.
For the first 8–9 months, you will be deeply embedded in this high-impact billing program. For the remainder of the contract, you will apply your expertise across other enterprise projects, supporting Uniting’s broader change agenda.
About the roleAs Change Manager, you will lead the end-to-end change approach for the billing transformation, ensuring our people, leaders and teams are ready, supported and equipped to adopt new ways of working.
You will work closely with the Head of Change and Change Management Lead, project teams, leaders, Communications and Learning & Development to embed change activities into project delivery and build strong organisational change capability.
What you’ll be doingThis is not just a systems implementation. It is a foundational change that enables Uniting to remain compliant, sustainable and responsive to major national aged care reforms — ensuring we can continue to serve our communities with integrity and care.
