What You’ll Be Doing

• Conduct functional, sensory, psychosocial, and environmental assessments
• Develop goal-directed, culturally responsive care plans with clients and families
• Deliver trauma-informed, occupation-based interventions that promote safety, empowerment, and independence
• Support clients to build capacity in self-care, community participation, and daily living
• Collaborate closely with other allied health and community partners to ensure integrated, holistic care
• Measure outcomes using evidence-based tools and contribute to quality improvement initiatives

What You’ll Bring

Qualifications

• AHPRA registration as an occupational therapist

Experience

• Post-qualification experience, ideally in community or private disability, or trauma-informed settings
• Skilled in assessment, intervention planning, and multidisciplinary collaboration
• Strong understanding of NDIS frameworks and clinical documentation standards
• Confident decision-maker with sound clinical reasoning and ethical judgment

Additional Requirements

• National Police Check and Victorian Working with Children Check
• Current Victorian Driver’s License
