Greenleaf Pharmacies are looking for a Retail Manager to join the team at our group. Great team in a great location close to the CBD Fast paced environment with a highly skilled team Great owner/manager support Opportunity for growth and to learn new skills Greenleaf Pharmacies are focused on delivering quality health care experiences and solutions to our local communities as well as genuine and exceptional customer service. POSITION REQUIREMENTS: Pharmacy/retail experience/hospitality experience preferred but not necessary (training provided) Position is FULL-TIME / 38 HOURS / 5 DAYS Stock control Excellent communication Work within a team environment Management experience is an added bonus ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES Be a team leader - manage & motivate the team Monitor, order and maintain stock levels as required Monitor stock performance Customer service - Pos Works & Dispense Works Stock merchandising/promotional displays Responsible for shop presentation - internal, external, store room, staff Daily huddles, handover each shift with staff (KPI's) Set up current promotions and wear promotional outfits Monitoring figures ( sales, transaction, customer satisfaction, inventory turnover, employee performance etc. ) Manage stock range, levels and pricing and organise rolling stock take Analyse and predict sales Assist in training staff, Participate in staff performance / strategy reviews Pay Rate: $76515 Plus super Performance based bonus's For more information about Greenleaf Pharmacies please visit us at Tiktok greenleaf.pharmacies To apply We would love to hear from you!Please email your resume or CV to Job Type: Full-time Benefits: Employee discount Professional development assistance Experience: Customer service: 1 year (Preferred) Retail management: 2 years (Preferred) Licence/Certification: CPR Certification (Preferred) Full Driver Licence (Preferred) Work Authorisation: Australia (Required) Willingness to travel: 100% (Preferred) Work Location: In person
