The OpportunityThis is an exciting opportunity to join one of our fast growing operating companies to lead the end-to-end product and technology transformation of a mission‑critical enterprise platform at a pivotal moment in its evolution.
The Chief Product & Technology Officer (CPTO) will own our the full product and technology mandate spanning product strategy, engineering, architecture, security oversight, quality, and delivery. The role replaces a fragmented leadership model and is accountable for establishing disciplined governance, modern SDLC practices, unified architecture, and a resilient engineering culture.
You will lead a multi‑year modernisation program while maintaining the reliability of a platform used daily by thousands of frontline operators. This role requires hands‑on leadership, strong technical credibility, and the ability to balance transformation with operational stability.
You will define and execute the AI and data strategy, laying the foundations for predictive analytics, data‑driven decision support, automation, and future AI‑enabled customer experiences.
