Davidson is delighted to be partnering with RACV on an exciting and newly created AI leadership position. RACV is on a transformative journey to unlock the potential of Artificial Intelligence across the organization. As the General Manager AI Strategy, you will play a pivotal role in shaping RACV's long‑term enterprise AI strategy, setting organizational priorities, and ensuring they are leveraging leading‑edge technologies to deliver real impact.

• Own RACV's long‑term AI strategy and enterprise adoption to deliver measurable member and business impact.
• Partner with executive leadership to prioritise, drive engagement, and turn AI opportunities into clear outcomes.
• Lead and mentor senior AI/transformation leaders to build an innovative, collaborative, and sustainable digital capability.

This is a highly visible role, reporting into RACV's executive leadership, with direct oversight of the Head of AI and program transformation leads. You will define the roadmap and guide the organization ensuring the business is engaged, aligned, and empowered at every step of the journey.

The General Manager AI Strategy will be responsible for developing and owning RACV's enterprise‑wide AI strategy, translating technology trends into business opportunities, and ensuring alignment with long‑term priorities. This role will engage executives and senior stakeholders to drive enterprise‑wide buy‑in, and support program leads to deliver against strategic objectives. As a trusted advisor to the executive team, the General Manager will provide clarity and direction on RACV's AI journey while mentoring the Head of AI and transformation leads to foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and impact.

We are seeking a strategic, collaborative, and forward‑thinking leader with a proven background in consulting or enterprise strategy ideally with experience in both top‑tier firms and corporate environments who have successfully defined AI or digital transformation initiatives at scale. The ideal candidate will excel at engaging in and influencing executives, translating complex technological trends into clear business outcomes, and guiding organizations through adoption and implementation. With strong strategic thinking, a collaborative mindset, and a talent for building alignment across diverse teams, you will also bring experience in leading and developing senior technical and program management leaders to deliver lasting impact.
