AGA (Apprenticeship Group Australia) is seeking a passionate Part Time (Casual) Carpentry Trainer to deliver hands‑on Building & Construction (Carpentry) training to Year 10–12 school students, and potentially on occasions pre‑apprentices and apprentices across the South Eastern Suburbs and Gippsland.
This part‑time casual role is ideal for Experienced or newly qualified trainers who hold a Certificate IV in Training & assessment (TAE), or experienced tradies transitioning into training, offering flexible work and strong support within a leading Registered Training Organisation (RTO).
The RoleYou’ll initially work one day per week (Wednesdays during Terms 2 & 3), with opportunities for:
Training may be delivered across AGA’s purpose‑built training centres in Warragul and Korumburra, as well as school‑based delivery in the South Eastern Suburbs and Mornington Peninsula. You’ll be fully supported by an experienced and collaborative training team.
Make an Impact Where It Matters MostYou’ll deliver practical, hands‑on carpentry training to a diverse group of learners. While there may be some opportunity to teach adult learners, the core focus is secondary school students experiencing trades for the first time.
