We're currently seeking a strategic Centre Manager to join the Town Centres team to lead success at Stockland Forster. Our vibrant centre is a community hotspot for essential shopping, food and fashion.
This is a unique 2 year contract opportunity based in Forster, mid-north coast NSW. This is an opportunity to elevate your career by managing a high-performing asset that serves as a vibrant hub for tenants, customers, and the community.
Your RoleAs Centre Manager, you'll lead a high-performing team and oversee the seamless delivery of day-to-day operations. You'll collaborate closely with internal functions including Leasing, SConnect, Marketing, Operations, Portfolio and Project Management to ensure alignment and a cohesive, customer focused experience.
You will also navigate complex stakeholder relationships, balancing the needs of retailers, customers, internal teams, senior leaders, and external partners- including local councils and community organisations. Building and nurturing local community relationships will be key in driving engagement, placemaking, and long-term asset growth. Key responsibilities include:
Asset PerformanceYou'll bring centre management experience, backed by a strong track record of leading high performing teams and delivering commercial results. You're skilled in balancing commercial drivers with stakeholder needs and can confidently navigate complex relationships across multiple functions and external partners.
