We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Manager to join our team on a Full-Time basis at our Perth Pharmacy.

• Maintain workplace OHS
• Adhere to policies and procedures
• Coordinate catalogue and in store promotions
• Coordinate staff recruitment, training and development
• Assist customers with enquiries
• Maintain stock control and ordering
• Maintain a high-level presentation of the store and service areas
• Manage and improve team performance on a continual basis

• Effective leadership and management experience
• Current retail pharmacy experience is preferred, but not essential
• Outstanding customer service and communication skills
• Strong literacy and numeracy skills
• Skilled computer literacy
• Dedicated work ethic and a strong team player
• Strong business acumen and eye for detail
