About The Role

Our Chlor‑Alkali manufacturing facility located in Lytton QLD produces Sodium Hypochlorite, Hydrochloric Acid, and Caustic Soda for the water treatment, swimming pool, and local industrial markets. We have a dedicated distribution network that serves our clients throughout QLD and NSW.

We are seeking a permanent, full‑time Customer Service Representative to join our close‑knit Customer Service team. Working Monday to Friday, full‑time hours with a flexible start time, you will be a key point of contact for customers, providing high‑quality support via phone and email and ensuring a smooth order‑to‑delivery experience. This role suits someone who enjoys problem‑solving, building relationships, and taking pride in accurate and timely service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of Coogee’s product range.
  • Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email, including orders, deliveries, and general queries.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate delivery scheduling and issue resolution.
  • Process customer orders and enquiries promptly and accurately.
  • Ensure a high level of accuracy in data entry, customer records, and delivery information across the team.
  • Contribute to a positive, collaborative team culture.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in an office‑based customer service or logistics role.
  • Strong communication skills with a professional and friendly phone manner.
  • High attention to detail and confidence working with data and systems.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively in a busy environment.
  • Proactive, solutions‑focused mindset with a willingness to learn.
  • Competence with Microsoft Office (experience with Oracle or similar systems is advantageous; training provided).
