About the role

  • The role will provide an efficient Administration Support service to the Emergency Department clinical staff and patients, with a high level of customer service demonstrating empathy, respect, teamwork and compassion.
  • This role will respond to enquiries and provide information and assistance to staff, patients and visitors to facilitate effective service delivery within a hospital setting.
  • This role reports directly to Supervisor, Emergency Department
  • This role has a professional reporting line to Supervisor, Emergency Department
  • This role will work directly with Clinical Staff, Emergency Department
