How will I help?

The Equipment Finance Operations Team Member is responsible for the completion of activities associated with the post settlement and servicing of equipment finance deals. This includes completing customer administrative requests , attend to daily account finalisation reports, allocation of payments , queries to customers contracts and daily reconciliation of general Ledgers.

In this role you will be responsible for attending post settlement service matters on behalf of customers, champion improvement of customer experience and delivery, work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to solve complex system issues that are encountered daily/weekly.

What do I need?

• Process daily account finalisation reports same day and within accuracy targets
• Process email requests within 48 hours and within accuracy targets.
• Process customer payments onto loan contacts.
• Reconciliation of daily ledger accounts within agreed turnaround time
• Liaising with Business Partners
• Ensure that all audit/risk compliance controls are in place and being followed
• Intermediate Reconciliation skills and understanding the concepts of introductory accounting (DR & CR)
• Accounts receivable and payable processing on all Equipment Finance facilities
• Provide expert advice and support on servicing procedures and options to bankers, brokers, distribution, product/credit and collection Teams
