  • Part Time Position, working 48 per fortnight – 12mths Maternity Leave
  • Based at Royal Melbourne Hospital, Royal Park Campus
Your new role:
  • Provide administrative support working within the Sub Acute Ambulatory Care (SACS) services
  • Generate and input of data and reporting, telephone management, invoicing, reception and a broad range of administrative duties.
  • Work as part of a dynamic team focused on providing a positive experience for our patients and their carers
  • Develop processes and systems to ensure efficiency and accuracy is maintained.
About you:
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage conflicting demands and timelines
  • Excellent PC, MS Office and database management skills
  • Energetic administration skills including data entry, telephone management and attention to detail
