Minerals and North Queensland Compliance delivers environmental assessment and compliance services across Queensland regulating a range of industry and commerce, including agriculture, livestock production, industrial development and includes the North West Mineral province where most of the states large base metal mining operations are located.
As an Administration Officer you will be working within the Compliance team to support the team in delivering compliance services in North Queensland.
You will be working closely with the Compliance team, providing administrative support in a fast paced dynamic environment in order to deliver services within time constraints.
This role would suit someone who can work in a high paced environment meeting deadlines, is driven to provide well researched and accurate administrative advice, is eager to implement business improvement processes and is capable of supervising and guiding administrative staff. As an Administration Officer you will also be responsible for general administration duties including record and correspondence management, purchasing of goods and services and operational support.
Your application will remain current for up to 12 months and you may be contacted regarding other identical or similar permanent or temporary vacancies that may become available.
