What this job involves:
We’ve got an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Property Manager to join our team working on a unique mixed portfolio covering retail, commercial, industrial and other use leases. This is an opportunity to learn skills in Property Management and work alongside a team of professionals with varied backgrounds.

Your main focus will be the management of all property expenditure, general administration and supporting the high performing Property Managers.

A snapshot of the role:
Responsible for the management of general commercial property administration such as lease administration, invoice processing, arrears management, critical date management and filing
Support in the management and administration of leasing contracts
Assist with tenant liaison and requests
Timely responses to queries or issues from tenants or subtenants

To be successful, you’ll be a confident self-starter who possesses excellent communication skills, and a track record of successfully delivering best practice and quality to the business! You will be provided with training and guidance to build your career in property!
NSW Certificate of Registration required
University graduate (Property/Real Estate background) with at least 1 year of relevant work experience
Working knowledge of commercial property and lease/licence processes
Previous experience with the use of lease management systems
Intermediate skills in MS Office programs such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint
