The core capability requirements for this role are: - Undertake data entry, word processing, records management, preparation and management of committee documentation, project/program support, and coordination of meetings, travel and itineraries associated with the governance and operations of the People Hub and Safety Group.- Contribute to the development, implementation and review of systems, policies and procedures to support the People Hub and Safety Group and which lead to continuous improvement.- Manage and maintain databases and filing systems and retrieve data for reporting purposes.- Prepare and present data and coordinate and collate responses to requests.- Work in a multidisciplinary team environment and/or work unsupervised, including setting priorities and monitoring own workflows to deliver a timely and quality service.- Liaise with and act as the first point of contact with internal and external stakeholders regarding the services and objectives of the Safety Group.- Maintain a high level of confidentiality, ethical behaviour, and a professional image.
Role Requirements: There are no mandatory requirements for this role, however, well developed skills and experience in working with databases, the Microsoft Office suite including Excel, and/or project/program support would be considered highly desirable.
