The Superannuation team at Zaparas Lawyers assists our clients in claiming superannuation insurance benefits when they are prevented from working due to personal injury, illness, or disability.

The Opportunity

You’ll provide crucial administrative support by carrying out a range of tasks that assist the smooth functioning of one or more practice groups, primarily in Superannuation.

Your legal administration support may include, but not limited to:
  • Responding to calls and communicating information to clients
  • Responding to emails and enquiries and managing allocated tasks
  • Phone and email correspondence with third parties
  • Update and maintaining files and records
  • Supporting your colleagues and helping out as required
  • Manage calendar and scheduling for the team
  • Provide administrative support and assist in preparing documents and correspondence.
