You will have the ability to identify and meet the needs of individuals with barriers and challenges within their lives to create opportunities to progress and support them into meaningful education and employment.

You will build awareness about Joblink Plus, establish relationships and networks across the community, employers, and other services.

You will have (or be prepared to obtain) an NSW Working with Children’s Check and National Criminal History Check and have a current NSW Class C Drivers License.

About the Role

As a Regional Site Support based in the Lower Hunter (base site negotiable) you will be supporting all Joblink Plus Lower Hunter sites and be part of a dedicated team supporting people on their journey to gain sustainable employment or education.

You will travel to sites where required to assist with site support operations to ensure that all people we work with are receiving a high-quality service in line with Joblink Plus Purpose and Principles.

You will do this by successfully engaging with clients to develop personal connections, build trust and provide ongoing support along with engaging and building rapport within the community and other services to further assist and create opportunities for the people we work with to achieve meaningful outcomes.
