Our clinics in Launceston are currently seeking a Medical Receptionist to join the team. The role is a permanent part time position working rotating shifts, four days a week, between 6.45am and 9pm.

Reporting to the Office Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing high level reception duties and administrative services whilst ensuring the delivery of professional, caring and friendly services to patients, referrers and other customers.

Role Overview:

As a Medical Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our patients. Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting patients warmly and assisting with check-in procedures.
• Answering phone calls promptly and handling inquiries professionally.
• Ensuring smooth clinic operations during our business hours.

• Strong organisational abilities to manage appointments and patient flow.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
