What this job involves
JLL is looking for a Property and Facilities Assistant to assist the Operations Manager with the delivery of quality property and facilities management services across a government owned portfolio.
Assist with preparation of budgets, outgoings recoveries, forecasts and graphs.
Assist with monthly reports preparation
Issue purchase orders and set up contracts in PAMS.
Monitor and actively pursue rental arrears
Assist in Rent Review process (Fixed and CPI)
Coding of creditor Tax Invoices
Assistance with Tenant Account Queries
Assist with production of Tenant Tax Invoices and Reconciliations across portfolio.
Liaise with contractors, tenants, owners as required to assist Operations Manager in delivering facilities management services.
Co-ordinate Contractor Inductions and Site Access
Co-ordinate Tenant Work Requests and Maintenance Tasks through Evolution
Maintenance Contract Administration
Asset Registration Management
Co-ordinate, Set Agendas and Minute Monthly Tenant Meetings
General Administration, filing and assistance as required.
