YOUR ROLE

In this fast-paced high energy role, you’ll provide effective administrative support activities to the Professional Risks Claims team, enabling them to deliver efficient claims services within established service standards.

You’ll handle a variety of tasks including managing new claims lodgement, finalising claims, managing incoming emails, processing payments, and preparing reports. You’ll also be responsible for updating spreadsheets, sending standard emails to brokers and panel firms, and ensuring compliance with our processes/regulatory requirements and company policy.

Based in Melbourne, this 12-month full time maximum term opportunity offers hybrid working conditions.

Please note: To work from home, youll need high speed internet connection and a private home office set up.

ABOUT YOU

Proficient in MS office Suite you’ll be confident using systems such as SharePoint, Outlook, Excel, and Word, to prepare and distribute team documents.

To be successful you’ll demonstrate the following:

  • Effective communication with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A ‘can-do attitude’ and approach to daily tasks and projects
  • A natural problem solver with the ability to think outside the box
  • Able to quickly learn new information, processes and procedures
  • Proven ability to work effectively as an individual and as part of a multi-team environment
