What Youll Do:

  • Support & Guidance: Assist store managers and team members with workplace relations matters like performance management, disputes, and policy queries.
  • Compliance & Documentation: Create important documents such as termination letters, performance discussion records, and more, ensuring they align with company guidelines.
  • Investigations & Escalations: Work with the P&C Business Partner on behavioral and performance investigations and escalate serious issues like harassment or theft promptly.
  • Strategy & Projects: Contribute to P&C strategy, including policy updates and inclusion & diversity activities.
  • Administrative Support: Provide general support to P&C Business Partners, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and any compliance concerns are escalated.

What Were Looking For:

  • HR Experience: Previous experience as an P&C Administrator or Coordinator is a plus.
  • Legislation & Practices: Understanding of current HR legislation and practices, with the ability to interpret and advise on award matters.
  • Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Strong skills in these areas are essential for managing and influencing expectations.
  • Degree: A Bachelor’s degree in HR or management is desirable.
  • Retail Experience: Experience in the retail industry is a bonus.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to effectively prioritize multiple demands and analyze key people metrics.
