Overnight Front Office Agent - The Darling Hotel

As a Front Office Agent, youll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring efficient check-ins and check-outs, assisting with guest bookings, and handling payments with precision. Your knack for diplomacy will shine as you tackle customer service queries, leaving each guest with a smile.

This is a fantastic opportunity where you will build memorable connections with both our guests and hotel teams.

A few of your responsibilities:

• Complete the registration of guests details upon check in
• Securing payment
• Issuing of room keys
• Addition of relevant charges to guests accounts
• Respond to reservation requests in a efficient manner

What are we looking for:

• Ability to consistently work night shifts – 11:00pm to 7:30am
• Extensive guest service experience in Front Office/Guest Services
• Previous experience in a 5-star establishment advantageous
• Good keyboard skills with knowledge of hotel check-in systems (Opera highly regarded)
• The ability to speak a second language (highly regarded but not essential)
• Sound knowledge of the local area and surrounds
• Outstanding presentation and communication skills
