Our ISO accredited machine shop based in Bundaberg specialises in the design, manufacture and repair of hydraulic cylinders and manifolds suitable for a wide range of applications.

About You

• Relevant Trade Qualifications (Diesel, Mechanical or Hydraulic Fitter).
• Strong knowledge of Hydraulic systems and pump repair processes.
• Ability to prepare and submit customer quotes.
• Strong customer focus and clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prepare clear and concise service reports.
• Valid drivers licence and the flexibility to work overtime as required.

The Role

Lead a team of tradespeople and apprentices, overseeing their work, and assigning tasks to meet deadlines effectively.Understand workshop workflow and collaborate with team on job scheduling and resource allocation to achieve maximum efficiency and economy.Identifying and implementing continuous improvement opportunities enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of business operations.Promoting and demonstrating safety behaviours and reporting processes.
