Timetabling and Workforce Administrator

SAE is seeking a skilled Timetabling and Workforce Administrator to assist the National Timetable Manager in designing, implementing, and managing the national timetable. This role focuses on maintaining and enhancing the technology stack crucial for efficient academic workload management and timetable delivery, aligned with SAEs OneSAE strategy and Enterprise Agreement (EA) requirements.

• A Higher Education Degree

• Advanced skills working with student management, complex database systems

• Highly proficient in the use of spreadsheets

• Google Workspace automation

• JavaScript, NodeJS

• Python scripting

• Linux

• HTML, CSS

• Git version control

• Experience in tertiary education provider
