About the Role Are you passionate about delivering exceptional service and enhancing the student experience? Join Swinburne Universitys StudentHQ team as a StudentHQ Officer, where youll support students, staff, and the public with expert advice and efficient issue resolution. As the first point of contact, youll handle a wide range of enquiries, from timetables, enrolments and results to library services and fee payments, across various channels, including face-to-face, phone, email, and live chat. Youll also assist with complex cases, mentor team members, and collaborate with the StudentHQ Team Leaders to manage online enquiries and ensure smooth CRM operations. - Demonstrated commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
- Demonstrated, relevant experience in the provision of high quality administrative and support services within a demanding, customer focused environment
- General knowledge and experience of tertiary sector operating procedures; or General knowledge and experience of provision of information resources in an academic environment
- Demonstrated capacity to conceptualise, develop, review and maintain significant policies and procedures.
- Sound knowledge of a range of computer software applications and experience in the maintenance of electronic data and manual records systems.
