Kennedy & Cooke have been established since 1974. They have seven offices along the South Coast, from Sanctuary Point in the North to Merimbula in the South.

The successful candidate will be based in the ULLADULLA OFFICE, working closely with a senior lawyer, conveyancer and professional onsite support staff.
Skills and experience
The role entails a diverse range of skill sets, responsibilities and rewarding challenges that should include but are not limited to:
Manage a diverse caseload
Provide legal advice and representation to a broad range of clients
Draft legal documents, correspondence, and court submissions
Appear in local and regional courts as required
Contribute to the ongoing development of the firms practice areas
Successful candidates should also:
Admitted as a solicitor in New South Wales and hold a current practising certificate
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Sound judgment and practical common sense
Willingness to reside in and contribute to a close-knit community
