ABOUT THE ROLEWe currently have a strong, customer focused, and enthusiastic team, already established within our busy Service Department. We are looking for a capable and experienced Service Advisor to join our great team, and to further strengthen and assist our valuable customers.We are looking for someone who would be willing to progress within their career with the possibility of moving into the Assistant Service Manager position. Prior experience in a similar role within the automotive industry would be highly desirable in becoming a successful applicant for this position.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Prior management or advisor experience within the automotive industry is desired
• Ability to take on responsibilities whilst upholding strong leadership skills
• Active problem-solving abilities in an effective and timely manner
• Experience with Pentana based DMS is preferred
• Exceptional customer experience skills and a positive attitude
• Strong computer literacy with experience in Microsoft Office programs
• Utmost professionalism
• Desire to achieve targets with a willingness to put in the extra effort to exceed customer expectations
• Manual drivers licence is essential
