About the Role

We’re on the hunt for a highly skilled Digital Design & Experience Specialist to join our growing team of 3 in office and 12 total at First or Nothing, a rapidly expanding health and performance brand in its first year of operation.

This full-time role is perfect for someone with deep graphic design expertise who thrives in a fast-moving, startup-style environment. You’ll work closely with our founder and creative director to elevate our website, landing pages, ad creative, email flows, and customer experience through purposeful design.

What You’ll Do

• Website & Landing Page Design:

Collaborate with the team to continuously improve our Shopify site and landing pages using customer feedback, analytics, and creative direction.

• Graphic Design & Visual Content:

Create premium, brand-aligned visuals using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Figma — from social media ads to product imagery to packaging concepts.

• Email Marketing & Flows:

Design engaging email journeys in Klaviyo using Figma and basic flow knowledge (bonus points if you can help with strategy too).

• Social Media Creative:

Design static and motion assets for paid ads and organic posts — short-form video editing skills are a major plus.

• Brand Consistency:

Ensure everything that goes out into the world is on-brand, well-executed, and elevates the First or Nothing experience.

About You

• Expert in graphic design — Adobe Illustrator and Figma are second nature to you.

• Comfortable working across Shopify, email platforms (like Klaviyo), and social channels.

• You have a good eye for conversion-driven UX and aesthetic.

• You’re efficient, organised, and thrive with direct feedback and fast turnarounds.

• Bonus: You have video editing experience for social ads (e.g. reels, TikToks).

• Bonus: You’re passionate about health, fitness, and performance.
