Duties:

  • Prospect and generate new business leads
  • Nurture and manage a qualified buyer and seller pipeline
  • Attend Open Homes and host buyer appointments
  • Accompany senior agents on listing presentations
  • Maintain and update an active CRM/database
Specific Requirements:
  • Prior Real Estate experience (Sales, Leasing, Property Management, etc)
  • Clear communicator - confident and well-spoken
  • Genuinely passionate about real estate and property
  • Strong relationship management and follow-up skills
