The Operations department is known as the Heart of Hollard and the Strategic Program team is here to ensure the effective delivery of our strategic projects and partner delivery strategy.

Your Role

The Senior Manager, Partnering & Transition will lead and oversee the successful transition of offshore operating models and strategic partner engagements across multiple functions. This high-impact role will be responsible for shaping and executing our Global Workforce Strategy, ensuring seamless integration with our business operations while delivering on risk, regulatory, commercial and customer expectations. Working with key business subject matter expert, you will be accountable for execution the transitions from onshore to offshore models across insurance operations.

Your duties & responsibilities 

  • Lead the strategy, planning and end-to-end execution of the Global Workforce Strategy and offshore partnering and transition programs aligned to business goals.

  • Build and manage high-trust relationships with offshore partners, ensuring alignment on SLAs, KPIs, performance metrics, and delivery commitments.

  • Oversee due diligence, vendor selection and onboarding of strategic offshore partners.

  • Drive continuous improvement across partnering models, focusing on scalability, cost effectiveness, customer experience and innovation

About You

  • Bachelors degree in business administration, Human Resources, Operations Management, or a related field is highly desirable.

  • Demonstrated experience in complex program delivery, ideally within general insurance or financial services.

  • Must have hands on experience in leading offshore transitions, outsourcing initiatives or global delivery partnerships.

  • Strong vendor management expertise, including commercial negotiations and performance management.

  • Solid understanding of compliance, regulatory and operational risk considerations in financial services is required.

  • Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, PMP, PRINCE2) and tools (MS Project, PPM, Jira, Clarity, etc.)

Please Note: Due to the nature of this role, you may be required to travel overseas to our Partner office locations for the go-lives.
