DUTIES.
- Manage Client Portfolios
- Business Development
- Networking
- Attend Client meetings
- Negotiate
- Finalise placements
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior Consultants
- Previous recruitment experience within the Built Environment is highly advantageous
- A natural passion for recruitment, with a constant hunger to succeed and welcome new challenges
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work well autonomously and in a team environment
