About the role

Newly created full time permanent position based in Parkville, VIC, Milton, QLD or North Ryde, NSW with hybrid work environment. Reporting to the Philanthropy lead, you will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining data integrity across systems (e.g. CRM, GEM Portal), ensuring accurate records and reports
  • Keeping the Philanthropy team updated on new grant and donor opportunities
  • Coordinating with internal stakeholders to compile information for donor proposals and grant submissions.
  • Drafting monthly emails highlighting relevant grant opportunities aligned with organisational priorities
  • Assisting with grant acquittal administration under guidance of senior team members
  • Conducting major donor prospect research as directed by the Philanthropy Lead and Specialist
  • Managing documentation and receipting processes related to major donor stewardship
  • Providing general administrative and project support to the Philanthropy team as required.

About you

To be successful in this role, we are looking for someone with the following:

  1. Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline OR lesser formal qualifications with relevant experience
  2. 1 year experience in a similar role
  3. Embraces new ideas and change initiatives
  4. Fosters teamwork by working together and cooperatively
  5. Uses effective time management skills to plan, evaluate and organise work demands
  6. Demonstrates sounds knowledge to navigate the use of information and database software.
