People and Culture Coordinator
Hybrid - 3 Days Work from Home and 1 Day Onsite in Lithgow, NSW

As an organisation currently operating with several manual and paper-based processes, we are looking for someone who can bring fresh ideas and practical solutions to support our shift toward digitisation. Your ability to streamline HR workflows, recommend fit-for-purpose tools, and enhance process efficiency will be highly valued.

Key Responsibilities
Provide HR coordination and support across recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle.
Assist with maintaining HR policies, processes, and compliance with relevant legislation.
Coordinate employee documentation, probity checks, training records, and system updates.
Support culture, engagement, and communication initiatives.
Assist with WHS reporting and safety administration.
Maintain accurate employee data and provide reporting as required.
Work collaboratively with managers and staff, escalating matters to the CEO as needed
What Were Looking For
Relevant qualifications in Human Resources or a related field
Experience in a HR, People & Culture, or People Operations role (generalist/coordinator level)
Strong understanding of Fair Work, NES, and compliance obligations
Highly organised with attention to detail and great communication skills
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a hybrid environment
Previous experience in community services or NFP sectors (desirable but not essential)
