Your Opportunity: 

The Nurse Unit Manager (NUM) is accountable at an advanced practice level for leading and coordinating the Adolescent Mental Health Unit to achieve best practice standards for clinical practice, patient centred care within a Healthcare team and is responsible for the provision of effective and efficient human, material and financial resource management.
