Your Role

Were looking for multiple Motor Claims Consultants to join our CGU claims teams across Australia on a full-time, permanent basis. Your main objective will be to support customers and stakeholders through the motor claims process. This includes juggling a high volume of inbound calls and correspondence from customers, brokers and authorised representatives.

Commencing, Monday, 4 August 2025, youll begin with a comprehensive, fully paid induction at one of the following three IAG offices - Dharug Country (Parramatta), Boorloo (West Perth) and Naarm (Melbourne CBD). After a minimum of 3 months in the office you may be eligible for a hybrid role allowing work from home within the business requirements. Youll work Monday to Friday with shifts between 8:30am - 5:00pm local time.

Please note: To work from home, youll need high speed internet connection, and a private home office set up.

• Strong customer service and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to prioritise and manage time under pressure
• Intermediate computer literacy and troubleshooting ability
• Excellent attention to detail
• Confidence in decision-making
