About the Position

You will be responsible for planning and coordinating transport operations while maintaining excellent customer service standards.

Key duties include:

• Plan and schedule daily transport routes and delivery timelines

• Respond to customer enquiries and manage service requests

• Handle freight bookings, manifests, and documentation

• Liaise with transport providers and internal teams for smooth operations

• Monitor delivery performance and resolve discrepancies

• Prepare quotes and assist with invoicing and reporting tasks

Key Responsibilities Include

• Ensure timely and efficient freight movements

• Provide frontline customer support via phone and email

• Maintain accurate consignment and manifest documentation

• Collaborate with the Contract Manager on process improvements

• Support compliance and KPI reporting activities

Skills and Experience Required

• Experience in a logistics or customer service role (transport industry desirable)

• Strong knowledge of freight scheduling and consignment handling

• Familiarity with TMS and ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, or Pronto

• High-level data entry, scheduling, and record-keeping skills

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
