The Role: Youll be supporting the Site Manager on luxury home builds, managing the delivery of key tasks and a team of trades and apprentices to ensure quality and timelines are met. Youll be hands-on with structural and detailed carpentry, coordinating subbies, reading plans, and ensuring a high standard of finish on site.

About You:

• Trade qualified carpenter with 5+ years on-site experience

• Ability to lead and mentor junior staff and apprentices
• Confident reading plans, running small teams, and liaising with subcontractors
• Detail-focused with a pride in workmanship
