Lead E & I Engineer

What Youll Be Doing

• Leading EI&C design and delivery through the full project lifecycle (concept to execution)
• Coordinating and mentoring specialist electrical teams
• Interfacing with clients to offer high-value, practical engineering advice
• Ensuring scope, schedule, and quality benchmarks are met across multiple projects
• Contributing technical insights in meetings and fostering a collaborative team culture
• Supporting junior and mid-tier mining clients with tailored engineering solutions

• Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering (or related field)
• 5-10+ years EI&C experience, with a minimum of 2+ years in a lead role
• Track record in major project design, with some exposure to execution/delivery phases
• Comfortable working with both office and site-based teams
• Practical understanding of operational assets and project development processes
• Confident communicator with strong judgment and client-facing presence
• Long-term career mindset with potential to move into Principal or Management roles
