Description: About the Role: Were looking for a dynamic Integrated Services Manager to lead the performance, profitability, and growth of our Integrated Services division - covering Facilities Management, Landscaping, Site Services, room rejuvenation and traffic control. Reporting to the General Manager, youll oversee daily operations, workforce management, client relationships, and commercial outcomes. A key focus of this role is embedding Indigenous engagement across all business lines, including leadership of our Indigenous Employment Engagement and Development team. Weekly site visits are compulsory for this role, ensuring strong leadership presence and alignment with safety, compliance, and cultural standards.   • Operational Oversight - Lead the divisions overall performance, conduct regular site visits, maintain strong client relationships, and align operations with business strategy.
  • Operational Efficiency - Manage workforce scheduling, project delivery, and internal system compliance to drive consistent and efficient service delivery.
  • Plant and Equipment - Oversee allocation, maintenance, and optimisation of fleet and equipment while ensuring minimal downtime and accurate asset tracking.
  • Quality, Safety & HR Compliance - Promote a safe, high-performing, and compliant workplace aligned with organisational policies and cultural values.
  • Financial & Commercial Management - Drive profitability by managing budgets, securing ad-hoc works, ensuring contract compliance, and supporting commercial planning.
Indigenous Engagement - Lead the implementation of Indigenous KPIs and work closely with the IEED team to deliver meaningful employment, training, and development pathways. What we are looking for:
  • Relevant qualifications in Business, Operations Management, or a related discipline
  • Demonstrated experience in a senior management role within a corporation or SME, ideally within the mining, civil services, or Indigenous business sectors
  • Previous FIFO experience is essential; exposure to camp or village management is highly regarded
  • Strong governance experience, including board reporting, preparation of reports, and active engagement with Directors
  • Professional presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders across public and private forums
  • Exceptional financial acumen with proven expertise in budgeting, forecasting, profit and loss management, and overall financial oversight
  • Proficient in conflict resolution and business negotiation, capable of navigating complex stakeholder relationships
  • Advanced customer relationship management skills and a proven ability to foster and maintain strategic client partnerships
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills
  • Sound knowledge of HR/IR legislation, Fair Work compliance, and general OH&S obligations
  • Experience with labour tracking and platform systems management
