About the role

The Industry Partnerships Operations Analyst role at Cbus is designed for someone passionate about driving growth through partnerships. As an operations analyst, you will be part of a team focused on managing important relationships within the Cbus Industry Partnerships program.

This role involves working closely with various internal stakeholders to uplift processes, systems, and ways of working. Ensuring regulatory compliance is a crucial part of the role, along with creating value for members. You will assess and monitor the performance of industry partnerships to ensure they align with strategic objectives. A keen eye for detail is essential, especially when working within strict regulatory frameworks. Experience in working with partnership programs, assessing contracts, and ensuring service delivery across the program lifecycle is necessary.

This is a 12 month maximum-term contract role based in Melbourne.

Key Accountabilities

  • Undertake end-to end assessment and monitoring of Partnerships Agreements including preparation of the Agreements paperwork, including business cases, the new partnerships framework tools and tracking the progress, workflow, benefits and performance of each Agreement.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to provide information, evidence activities and obtain feedback relevant to the preparation, tracking and performance of agreements.
  • Supporting the development and maintenance of all systems and processes related to Industry Partnerships program.
  • Preparation of documents to support Partnership Agreements (in line with Industry Partnership Agreement Policy), working with legal, risk and other stakeholders.
  • Budget and accrual management working with partners and finance to ensure accurate tracking of payments and invoices.
  • Preparation of reconciliations and reports as requested.

  • Relevant tertiary or other suitable marketing, business or communications qualifications preferred but not essential;
  • Excellent data, analytical and problem solving skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage and record large amounts of complex information;
  • Working in a procurement or contract management environment
  • Demonstrated ability to operate with a results-oriented approach and applies critical self-assessment to work and behaviours;
  • Excellent organisational and self-management skills;
  • Commitment to the success of the team through cross functional communication and cooperation across the teams;
